TCN Rules and Guidelines

TCN: The Cauldron Network was a social Network on Ning for members of The Cauldron: A Pagan Forum, a large community of Pagans and their friends established online in 1998.

TCN will be closing soon as Ning is going pay only and we can't afford to pay. Donations just cover our server, no extra for $20+/month extras like paid Ning. If you have anything on TCN you want to save that isn't already on your hard drive, you want to get it now as I have no idea when TCN will go away.

We are moving to a site or Spurtz: http://ecauldron.spruz.com/. Spurtz is not quite as featureful as Ning, but they are free, intended to remain so, and are working on adding features and expanding their server farm. You can use the button in the left sidebar to create an account on the new TCN.

Advertising is forbidden here just as it is elsewhere in The Cauldron. This including spamming links in your profile or in a signature. Spammers will have their accounts and all content deleted.

Ritual overload

I made the decision when I got back from Pantheacon that I was going to set a lot of things aside so I could fully focus on getting my temple started. I think this has ended up being a really good decision.

Not Not Moderating

I should add that I am set up to receive individual emails if anyone comments on any of the groups I moderate. If there is something inflammatory on there, I'll come in and lay the smack down. I feel like the odds of this actually happen are close to nil. These groups are pretty quiet and are populated by mature adults.

But you never know, I guess.

I'm just letting you know I'm not abandoning anyone.

Taking a break

I've realized that I am spending more time on TC talking about my religion than I am actually studying it and practicing it. This is sort of defeating the purpose. As much as I love you guys, I need to take a break and re-focus.



I doubt it will be much longer than a few weeks but I just thought I'd let you know in case anyone responds to one of my posts and wonders why I don't respond.
